Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support multiple GPS applications, ensuring reliability and performance
  • Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve them
  • Contribute to technical design, integration, and database architecture
  • Enforce security, compliance, and architectural standards in system changes
  • Participate in performance testing, validation, and tuning
  • Provide technical estimates and input for project planning
  • Develop strategic SDLC plans for new builds, ongoing support, and optimization across SaaS applications, full-stack development, and mobile applications
  • Provide technical input on security, vulnerability, software architecture, governance, process improvements, test plans, upgrades, patches, POCs
  • Work with internal partners and external vendors to maintain Nike’s standards and ensure best practices
  • Deliver desktop application & mobile solutions, maintain hosted solutions, manage support and enhancements for existing portfolio of applications
  • Assess new solutions, build API integrations, perform infrastructure maintenance, and engage with end-users
  • Respond to Jira and Servicenow tickets, coordinate with other Nike teams, external vendors, and business clients
  • Improve current environment, find better ways to work, and collaborate with business stakeholders, fellow engineers, and third-party providers
