Requirements

  • 0-1 years of experience in software development, SDET, or automation engineering
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or similar)
  • Basic understanding of test automation concepts, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices
  • Familiarity with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing approaches
  • Exposure to REST APIs, microservices, or distributed systems is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Enthusiasm for learning, innovation, and building scalable engineering solutions

Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable tools, frameworks, or platforms that enable shift-left testing and automation across teams
  • Collaborate with development and QE teams to identify opportunities to automate test scenarios and validation workflows
  • Work on CI/CD pipeline integrations and improve automation reliability and efficiency
  • Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code for testing and validation frameworks
  • Participate in design and code reviews to ensure testability and quality are built into every feature
  • Contribute to improving test pyramid balance (more unit/contract tests, fewer late-stage E2E dependencies)
  • Learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and frameworks related to automation and quality
