Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from a four-college or university and 0 to 2 years’ related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, along with a solid understanding of various development programs and the ability to quickly learn customer support processes, tools, and techniques.
The Software Engineer I will design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software programs for enhancements and new products, as well as develop software and tools in support of design, infrastructure, and technology platforms. They will assist in the design and development of system software, review code and design, configure and integrate third-party software components, perform root cause analysis of technical issues, address and resolve software bugs, assist with test documentation, work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, and provide limited after-hours and on-call support as needed.
