Responsibilities

Design, develop, deliver, and support software solutions with the customer at the core
Turn change requests into technical designs and implementations to enhance existing functionality and add new capabilities
Continuously improve aspects of the core product architecture
Ensure delivery into production with focus on performance, resilience, and customer satisfaction
Participate in three six-month rotations across areas like Full Stack Development, Data Science/AI-ML, Data Engineering/Data Virtualization, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Automation (Test/Infrastructure), Agile Project Management & Product Development
Specialize in 3-4 tech areas through on-the-job training and project-based assignments
