Requirements

Candidates should have 3+ years of software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Golang or a similar backend language. A deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and AWS services is required, along with practical knowledge of operating production services including CI/CD, monitoring, and Kubernetes. Experience with multithreading, concurrency, parallel processing, designing and maintaining REST APIs, and engineering best practices like code reviews and testing is also necessary. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills are essential, as is a self-starter mentality, ability to manage priorities, and an interest in AI/ML and GenAI developments.

Responsibilities

The Software Engineer will design and implement scalable cloud services using Golang, build reusable platform components and frameworks, and develop and operate secure LLM deployments in cloud and on-prem environments. Responsibilities include creating deep integrations with internal systems, building high-performance data processing pipelines for document handling and RAG implementations, and engaging with internal users to understand requirements and provide technical consultation. The role also involves owning features end-to-end from design through deployment and operation, and driving innovation by staying current with the AI landscape.
