Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of full stack software engineering experience, demonstrating expert-level knowledge of Python, particularly in building production systems utilizing tools such as Mypy, Pydantic, type hinting, and Pytest. They should have experience with Vue.js and TypeScript, or a demonstrated willingness to quickly learn Vue.js, and a strong understanding of web performance, frontend testing, and browser architecture. Experience integrating REST APIs, OAuth, and AI services is also required, along with familiarity with CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and developer tooling.
The Fullstack Software Engineer will design and build core components of the low-code UI builder and no-code workflow builder using Python and Vue, define and enforce backend engineering standards including typing, linting, testing, and code organization, integrate and maintain AI-powered agent tooling, collaborate on infrastructure and dev tooling, work with design and product teams to deliver collaboration features, contribute to both backend and frontend codebases, integrate third-party APIs and AI providers, and integrate logging/observability tools as needed.
