The Software Engineer will build and design performant, beautiful, and usable interfaces. They will collaborate on the technical vision and lead discussions and implementations of multiple complex projects. The role includes fostering a culture of upholding industry-leading UX, continuously improving engineering processes, tools, and systems, and recruiting and developing interview questions. Additionally, the engineer will inspire and mentor less experienced engineers and interns.
