Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field and have at least 3 years of experience utilizing C#, .NET Core, SQL, MongoDB, OpenShift, RabbitMQ or other queueing technologies. Prior experience in migrating applications to a cloud environment and designing complex distributed applications built for performance and scalability is required. Experience in the healthcare industry and knowledge of system architecture, best practices, and design patterns are also necessary. Candidates should have experience building high-quality, scalable web applications and APIs, as well as experience approaching problems from different angles and working effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

The Mid-Level Developer will collaborate with the Product organization to design, develop, and improve applications and functionalities, reporting to the Healthcare unit. They will facilitate innovation and provide hands-on technical leadership to the team, participate in architecture discussions, establish good practices and habits for software quality, champion efficient standards for development activities, identify areas for growth and improvement within the team, and contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The role involves working with partners to understand requirements, leading projects and internal efforts, and providing engineering support to the customer support team to resolve critical customer issues. They will also communicate updates and resolutions to customers and partners, mentoring and developing employees, and approaching problems from different angles.
