Candidates should have at least 3 years of Android development experience, with extensive experience in developing high-quality, UI-rich Android apps. Deep knowledge of Java and/or Kotlin is required, along with strong product and design sensibilities. A thoughtful approach to decision-making is also valued.
The Software Engineer, Android will take ownership of designing, building, testing, iterating, releasing, and maintaining the Airtable Android application. They will collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to define the product roadmap, analyze data to drive product insights, and validate technical specifications. Additionally, they will work with QA to ensure system reliability and provide mentorship to teammates.
