4+ years of experience developing distributed systems in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), preferably serving enterprise customers
Strong systems background in operating systems, distributed architectures, networking, concurrency, and database fundamentals
Expert command of Go, Rust, C, C++, or similar languages with an emphasis on high-performance, secure, systems-level programming
Demonstrated experience with agentic AI systems leveraging advanced large language models (LLMs)
An AI-first approach, using modern AI tools to enhance software engineering practices, research, and product innovation
Exceptional problem-solving skills, proven leadership qualities, and strong communication capabilities

Responsibilities

Designing and building performant, secure, and scalable distributed systems powering our AI-driven features
Developing APIs, SDKs, real-time systems, and secure networking protocols to meet enterprise-grade standards
Integrating cutting-edge AI models and frameworks to improve system intelligence and resilience
Writing high-quality, maintainable code using systems-level languages (Go, Rust, C/C++, etc.)
Collaborating closely with engineering peers, product managers, and security experts
(For senior+ levels) Leading initiatives, mentoring engineers, and contributing to technical architecture
