Software Engineers will design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software that impacts production and customers. They are expected to follow software development best practices, participate in code reviews, and manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. This role involves contributing to the next generation of Kafka by advancing distributed system design.
