Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Java coding and design experience
Knowledge of Microservices with experience implementing at least a few Microservices
Knowledge of API driven platform development & Software Integration
Exposure to JVM based languages like Java, Scala, Clojure
Knowledge of databases including MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, ES, etc
Knowledge of Agile development tools, CI/CD tools like Jenkins, and Test driven development tools

Responsibilities

Designing, coding, testing and debugging applications in a distributed environment
Interacting with designers, architects and other coders to analyze requirements and possible solution options
Documenting component and program decisions of components owned using collaborative tools like Wiki
Testing the product in controlled (DEV and QA) environments before taking it to production
Investigating product issues and bottlenecks and providing reliable solutions
Reviewing the current system and presenting ideas for improvement
