Software Engineer

Position Overview

As a Software Engineer, you will help develop the front-end for our UIs that display insights for our clients, distilled from billions of events. You will be part of a small, focused team, eager to learn new technologies and collaborate effectively. This is an opportunity to play a key role in the development of a young, rapidly growing product.

What You'll Get To Do

  • Hands-on development, deployment, testing, and documentation of our product.
  • Work with the team architect and implement new features.
  • Follow the tech lead’s guidance and incorporate best practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on front-end development experience in JavaScript.
  • Experience in developing front-ends that interact with REST APIs.
  • Exposure to React.
  • Exposure to CSS.
  • Understanding of designing for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with peers.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies, including Scrum.

What Puts You Over the Top

  • Experience producing components or working with libraries that visualize data.
  • Experience with TypeScript.
  • Experience with Redux Toolkit.
  • Design/UX experience.
