Candidates should possess a Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Electronic and Communication Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in product development. This experience must include building, deploying, and supporting enterprise-scale web applications in the cloud, with a focus on backend/frontend services, event streaming platforms, and API/SDK development using Spring MVC/Spring Boot. Proficiency in Java, including deep knowledge of I/O, multithreaded concurrent programming, and modern cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP), is essential. A strong understanding of modern database and storage technologies, both SQL and NoSQL (e.g., MySQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB, Elasticsearch), is required. Proven experience leading and managing large-scale projects in a fast-paced environment is necessary, along with exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
