Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in a job offered or a related occupation. They should have three years of experience in Core Java, Design patterns, Spring Boot framework (MVC, AOP, ORM), Microservices Architecture, Redis for caching, MySql or similar SQL based DB, DynamoDB, ElectricSearch or similar No-sql based DB, and Message MQ, alongside three years of experience utilizing Git for versioning.

Responsibilities

The Software Engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate roadmap vision into feature specifications and deliverable, design and develop the Zoom Contact Center core feature using Java and the Spring Boot framework, create a secure and scalable service utilizing cloud infrastructure technologies such as Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, AWS, and NoSQL databases, drive cloud-based test automation solutions and deployment strategies to optimize service performance and ensure product stability using AWS infrastructure, triage critical customer issues, and support customer engagement.
