Position Overview

This full-time position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to translate high-level roadmap vision into feasible feature specifications and deliverable products. The role focuses on designing and developing the Zoom Contact Center core feature using Java and the Spring Boot framework. You will create secure and scalable services utilizing modern cloud infrastructure technologies, including Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, AWS, and NoSQL databases. The position also requires driving cloud-based test automation solutions and deployment strategies to optimize service performance and ensure product stability. Additionally, you will build various integrations and add-ons to the Contact Center service, and triage critical customer issues, supporting customer engagement.

Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a related field, or a foreign equivalent.
• Experience:
  • 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
  • 3 years of experience in Core Java and Design patterns.
  • 3 years of experience in Spring Boot framework (MVC, AOP, ORM) and Microservices Architecture.
  • 3 years of experience in Redis for caching.
  • 3 years of experience in MySQL or similar SQL-based databases.
  • 3 years of experience in DynamoDB.
  • 3 years of experience in Elasticsearch or similar No-SQL based databases.
  • 3 years of experience in Message MQ.
  • 3 years of experience in Git for versioning.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate high-level roadmap vision into feasible feature specifications and deliverable.
• Design and develop the Zoom Contact Center core feature with Java using the Spring Boot framework.
• Create a secure and scalable service utilizing the latest cloud infrastructure technologies (i.e., Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, AWS, NoSQL).
• Drive cloud-based test automation solutions and deployment strategy to optimize service performance and ensure product stability using AWS infrastructure (i.e., EC2, ECS, ElasticCache, S3).
• Build integrations and related add-ons to the Contact Center service.
• Triage critical customer issues and support customer engagement.

Compensation

• Salary Range: $154,100.00 - $186,000.00
• Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. A location-based compensation structure may apply, resulting in different salary ranges for candidates in various locations.
• Total Direct Compensation: In addition to base salary and/or OTE, Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that considers base salary, bonus, and equity value.
