Responsibilities

Focus on building, enhancing, and adding new features to Zoom’s cloud-based contact center solutions to design, develop, and test different features and functions delivered via applications and services
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure Zoom’s internal applications and services are available and reliable through web frontend development
Provide hands-on software development for the product to perform at scale, be supportable, and be extensible, working with other engineers on the Zoom contact center team to ensure efficient success at each stage of product development
Optimize website performance, ensure cross-platform compatibility, and continue to innovate and improve
Maintain code quality, implement and enforce testing strategies, and respond to user feedback
Implement front-end team best practices and standardization
