Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in software development. This includes experience with Java, Java web frameworks like Spring Boot and Spring MVC, relational and NoSQL databases (Redis, Amazon DynamoDB, MongoDB), algorithms, data structures, performance optimization, application profiling tools, developing RESTful APIs with OAuth, designing distributed systems, building high traffic/concurrency systems, and load testing with tools like JMeter.

Responsibilities

The Software Development Engineer will build scalable distributed web applications, make architectural trade-offs using synchronous and asynchronous design patterns, and deliver code with speed and quality using test-driven development. They will also design and implement modules to extend app infrastructure, translate roadmap visions into feature specifications, design and deliver customer-facing features and prototypes, build complex metrics solutions with data visualization, and triage critical customer issues.
