Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience (8+ years preferred in software development and testing, with at least 3 years in Cloud Native SaaS applications)
15 years full-time education; Master’s degree (preferred) or bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Must have: Java Full Stack Development
Good to have: Machine Learning, AI/ML initiatives or certifications, front-end technologies (React, Angular), platform experience
Experience in object-oriented/modern languages (C#, Java, Go etc.)
Understanding of software design patterns
Proficient in RESTful API, Open API design and development, and database technologies (RDBMS, NoSQL)
Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Helm etc.)
Hands-on experience with event-driven architecture (e.g., Kafka, Pulsar, SNS/SQS)
Experience in designing and implementing scalable test automation strategies using frameworks/tools like Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, TestNG, integrated into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins) and cloud-based testing platforms
Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience designing and delivering AI solutions using modern practices and cloud technologies, focusing on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
Understanding of security best practices

Responsibilities

Analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across clients; perform maintenance, enhancements, and development work
Adopt engineering best practices on architecture and technology choices; lead and mentor junior engineers; guide technical design and architecture discussions; identify design pattern needs
Execute AI integration across product suite, including Generative AI, NLP, and predictive analytics
Design, code (hands-on), and maintain software solutions using object-oriented or modern languages (C#, Java, Go etc.), including proactive monitoring and troubleshooting
Create test scenarios; design, develop, and execute automated tests
Work with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Helm etc.)
Collaborate in global cross-functional teams with product management and architecture
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, maintainability, and mentoring
Champion continuous improvement: drive engineering excellence, conduct root cause analyses, implement feedback loops to enhance code quality, team productivity, and system reliability
