Responsibilities

  • Design, create, and maintain applications software in JavaScript (Express, Node)
  • Design, coding, testing, and installing applications programs either in one major language or across multiple platforms
  • Develop operating and system documentation
  • Work with users to evaluate IT applications and equipment requirements
  • Ensure systems are developed within agreed budgets, time frames, and achieve necessary design and systems security standards
  • Provide technical mentoring and guidance to less experienced members of the applications development team
  • Expand capabilities around high-performance backend batch, real-time, and streaming APIs and data pipelines
  • Help expand Mosaic Portal backend and pipelines (main client access to Mosaic Data Product)
