Requirements

Candidates should possess 3+ years of backend development experience, preferably within commerce or retail tech, and proficiency in Java, Node.js, or similar languages with exposure to React being a plus. They should have experience with Fluent OMS or similar order management platforms, a strong understanding of event-driven architecture and message brokers, familiarity with serverless computing, and experience with GraphQL, API integrations, and microservices design. Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools, along with comfort working with real-time data, distributed systems, and cloud services, is also required.

Responsibilities

The Software Developer - OMS will design, implement, and support scalable solutions using Fluent OMS and POS platforms, write clean and efficient code, collaborate with designers, Product Managers, and clients to clarify requirements, create and maintain technical documentation, perform code reviews, monitor and resolve technical issues, identify continuous improvement opportunities, and validate features through testing strategies. They will also stay current on emerging technologies and incorporate tools to enhance performance and team workflows.
