Requirements

Currently pursuing a BS or MS in Computer Science (or equivalent)
Strong Python programming skills and experience with agent orchestration frameworks
Experience with relational databases (e.g. SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and workflow automation
Hands-on experience fine-tuning LLMs and evaluating model performance
Familiarity with synthetic data generation and prompt engineering
Exposure to multi-agent systems, dynamic routing, and modular architecture design
Experience with cloud-native services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
Authorized to work in the United States and will not require sponsorship in the future

Responsibilities

Develop multi-agent modular Python agents and integrate them with backend systems
Build sub-agents for specialized tasks including unit assignment and complex node handling
Fine-tune LLMs on synthetic and curated financial datasets for production use
Evaluate model outputs using LLM-as-a-judge techniques and refine tuning through prompt engineering
Explore multi-LLM orchestration strategies to improve financial analysis and decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI solutions into production environments
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
