Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience, with over 2 years of experience in software development or test automation. Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or C# is required, along with experience in web UI testing (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress), API testing (Postman, Insomnia), and mobile automation using Appium for Android and/or iOS. Experience with test frameworks (Pytest, Nunit, Junit), creating test strategies and plans, CI/CD tools (ADO, GitHub Actions), version control systems, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is also necessary. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

The Software Developer in Test will design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and tools to ensure the quality and performance of software products. Responsibilities include creating detailed test plans and cases, executing and evaluating them, and maintaining related documentation. The role involves conducting performance and load testing, collaborating with developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers, and influencing testing strategies. Additionally, the SDiT will participate in code reviews, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, identify and report bugs and performance issues, analyze test results, and contribute to the evolution of testing strategies and tools.
