Responsibilities

  • Verantwortung unserer Softwarekomponenten in den Betriebsumgebungen unserer Kunden
  • Installation, technische Betreuung und Konfiguration unserer Softwareprodukte
  • Selbständige Analyse von Supportanfragen und Change Requests unterschiedlicher Dringlichkeit und Komplexität
  • Release-Pflege unserer Softwareprodukte
  • Analyse und Optimierung der bestehenden Produkte und Prozesse gemeinsam mit den Prozess-Ownern
  • Enger Austausch mit Service Managern, Softwareentwicklern und Projektleitern
  • Sicherstellung der vereinbarten SLAs für mehrere Systemlandschaften
  • Dokumentation der umgesetzten Lösungen und Prozesse
  • Steuerung externer Dienstleister/Kunden und Koordination interner Schnittstellen
  • Management, Steuerung und fachliche Betreuung der Application Manager Expertengruppe
