Australian Citizens with an active security clearance (NV1)
Must be willing to work onsite 5 days a week

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Standard Operating Environment (SOE) images for desktops, laptops, and other devices
Ensure SOE configurations meet organizational security, compliance, and performance standards
Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement automation scripts for SOE deployment
Deploy SOE images across the organization using tools like SCCM, Intune, or other deployment platforms
Perform regular updates to SOE images, including operating system patches, software updates, and security configurations
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SOE deployment and performance
Ensure SOE configurations comply with organizational security policies and industry standards
Implement and maintain endpoint security measures, including antivirus, encryption, and access controls
Create and maintain detailed documentation for SOE configurations, deployment processes, and troubleshooting guides
Provide regular reports on SOE performance, compliance, and updates
Work closely with IT support teams to address user issues related to SOE
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement changes to the SOE as needed
Provide training and guidance to IT staff on SOE-related processes and tools
Identify opportunities to improve SOE performance, security, and user experience
Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in SOE management
