Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Environment (SOE) images for desktops, laptops, and other devices
  • Ensure SOE configurations meet organizational security, compliance, and performance standards
  • Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement automation scripts for SOE deployment
  • Deploy SOE images across the organization using tools like SCCM, Intune, or other deployment platforms
  • Perform regular updates to SOE images, including operating system patches, software updates, and security configurations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SOE deployment and performance
  • Ensure SOE configurations comply with organizational security policies and industry standards
  • Implement and maintain endpoint security measures, including antivirus, encryption, and access controls
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for SOE configurations, deployment processes, and troubleshooting guides
  • Provide regular reports on SOE performance, compliance, and updates
  • Work closely with IT support teams to address user issues related to SOE
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement changes to the SOE as needed
  • Provide training and guidance to IT staff on SOE-related processes and tools
  • Identify opportunities to improve SOE performance, security, and user experience
  • Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in SOE management
