Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Stay deeply immersed in the platform’s ecosystem, including feature rollouts (e.g., YouTube Shorts monetization updates), competitor benchmarks, and content trends
  • Analyze content and channel-level performance metrics (CTR, watch time, follower growth, etc.) and deliver weekly insights to guide content and distribution strategies
  • Lead A/B testing and rapid response strategy shifts when platform performance changes or new formats emerge
  • Own the end-to-end publishing pipeline—crafting engaging titles, coordinating thumbnails, managing post timing, and ensuring metadata accuracy
  • Ensure brand and platform consistency across all content while leveraging data to drive innovation and optimization
  • Maintain governance and compliance documentation (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and support cross-functional teams with technical troubleshooting and training
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders on platform-specific capabilities and opportunities
