The ideal candidate should be in the 3rd or 4th year of a relevant bachelor's or master's degree in communication, media, journalism, creative business, or a similar field, demonstrating an online mindset with familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. They should be knowledgeable about social trends and capable of quickly adapting to viral content, and possess a strong understanding of the Flair target audience. Furthermore, candidates should be creative, proactive, and comfortable sharing their ideas, with a sense of visual aesthetics and an ability to utilize online tone of voice effectively. Experience with Photoshop or video editing is considered a plus but not essential.
As a social media stagiair, the individual will be responsible for translating Flair’s stories into creative and engaging content for platforms such as TikTok and Instagram Reels. They will develop, schedule, and create daily social posts aligning with the brand's tone of voice and strategy, identify trends, and translate them into original Flair content. Additionally, they will support campaigns, collaborate with the editorial and marketing team, analyze content performance, and contribute to the development and refinement of the social strategy, exploring new video formats and series, and brainstorming innovative ideas.
