Requirements

Consult and adhere to SOPs for all job tasks
Ensure housekeeping activities are observed and carried out per Housekeeping SOP
Prioritize GMP in all operations
Ensure accounting practices comply with Abbott Policy and regulatory policies
Monitor inventory accuracy, physical inventory, and monthly cycle counts; maintain and update activity-based analysis (ABC) for cycle counting
Assist in internal and external audits/SOX
Manage and coordinate raw materials packing reports
Liaise with Hub/Shared services to ensure accuracy of tasks completed
Adapt to changes in GMP, EHS, Technical/New equipment, Quality procedures, and SOPs

Responsibilities

Ensure month-end reporting is carried out efficiently and timely
Provide financial support to other departments to assist in goal achievements
Carry out other assignments/projects as directed by the Financial Controller
Analyse material usage for variances relating to Raw Materials, Powder, and Packing materials
Work with operations teams to review usage variances and corrective actions to improve data accuracy
Participate in process improvement teams relating to material usage control and LEAN to drive greater data accuracy, reporting, and reduce cost of production
Assist in preparing plans/LBEs quarterly/yearly, load to external systems, and tie out to local records
Ensure relevant monthly reconciliations are prepared and approved
Provide finance support to site in relation to projects, new products, etc
Provide detailed BOM analysis for new product launches
Provide full costing analysis
