Candidates should possess a B.S. in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, with 7-10 years of experience as a Security Engineer focusing on security testing and container security. A solid understanding of application security concepts, including OWASP Top Ten for LLM applications, deep knowledge of application and service security architecture in on-premise and cloud environments, and experience building defenses against AI/ML attacks like prompt injection and data poisoning are essential. Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java, Scala, etc.), statistical analysis, machine learning methodologies, cloud environments, cloud security principles, APIs, vulnerability management (CVE, CVSS, OWASP Top 10), container, network, and systems security is required. Familiarity with MySQL or similar databases, data visualization, workflow mapping, and AI-driven automation is also necessary. Experience collaborating effectively with global and remote teams is preferred, and knowledge of the MITRE ATLAS framework is a plus.
The AI Security Engineer will collaborate with AI, engineering, and DevOps teams to model AI threats and assess risks. They will design and develop threat detection solutions specifically for Zoom's AI applications and services. Responsibilities include proactively identifying AI application log sources with detection value, facilitating their onboarding and tuning for improved efficacy, and building and maintaining automations to streamline detection processes.
