Requirements

High School Degree required, higher education preferred
Valid Driver's License
3+ years related security, law enforcement, or military experience
C-TPAT and/or Regulatory Compliance experience preferred
Supervisory experience highly desirable
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Physical fitness essential; proficiency in martial arts or defensive skills desirable
CPR + AED + First Aid Training
Strong leadership skills: effective oral/written communication, issue resolution, negotiation, motivating others, collaborative, team player, problem-solving with senior management
Successful completion of pre-employment criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, drug screen, and psychological screening
Ability to pass State-required training or licensing qualifications

Responsibilities

Manage all physical security responsibilities for Valley City, OH site
Supervise the Security & Safety Services Team
Monitor CCTV, security, and fire suppression systems
Manage proprietary and 3rd party vendor security services
Direct visitors and control access at all Security Posts
Patrol and secure areas inside and outside the facility
Implement physical security improvements
Document security and safety related incidents
Act as First Responder in crisis/emergency situations, including providing First Aid, CPR, AED
Safeguard facility, grounds, and executive employees
Perform any other related duties as required or assigned
Work with site employees, Asset Protection professionals, local law enforcement, and outside consultants as needed
