Strong communication and interpersonal skills to hold discussions with various members of Clune and/or trade-partner communities, ranging from field employees to executives
Strong planning skills to organize weekly and daily schedules that may involve a combination of meetings, walk-throughs, etc
Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate and detailed records
Desire and ability to work in a team-focused environment

Responsibilities

Act as an internal consultant to all company business units with respect to safety
Ensure Clune employee, trade partner, visitor, and vendor compliance with Clune safety guidelines, project requirements, local, state, and national regulations
Work with the project team and Regional Safety Director or Manager to ensure safety programs and protocols for the project meet and/or exceed client safety requirements
Ensure all required client safety documentation has been provided to trade partners
Review, audit, and file all required client safety documentation
Provide updated safety statistics for clients upon request
Provide safety guidance in the planning stages for the project
Coordinate, manage, and/or conduct safety education programs for Clune Management, Supervision, and Employees
Attend and contribute to company and project safety meetings
Attend outside training for added designations and to keep up with changes in the industry
Role model professionally for Clune employees, trade partners, visitors, and vendors
Supervise and mentor Safety Personnel working on the project
