As a Site Reliability Lead, you will head up a team of engineers, mentor them, and provide onsite leadership, while rapidly building new applications on an existing enterprise platform. You will also drive new features and improvements in a fast-changing environment, partner with product management and design to deliver solutions, and work on multiple layers of the stack including backend, front-end, and infrastructure. Furthermore, you will drive the creation of tools and automation to eliminate work and reduce resolution times, ensure the platform meets scalability and reliability needs, and lead the effort to triage and mitigate incidents during an escalation, potentially including on-call duty.
