  • AV installation or similar technical site work (e.g., TV mounting, electrical fit-outs)
  • Previous experience in healthcare or construction environments
  • Site management or contractor coordination experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead the installation and commissioning of cutting-edge integrated Operating Theatres
  • Act as the site manager — oversee drawings, pick up errors, manage trades, and ensure seamless execution
  • Be customer-facing, representing Stryker on-site and ensuring every interaction is professional and positive
  • Review and manage project documentation, materials, and drawings with precision
  • Manage contractors onsite to ensure quality-first delivery (we value craftsmanship over headcount)
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and hospital staff to ensure installation success
  • Travel regularly across ANZ, with most projects running Monday–Friday
