Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, IT or related field preferred
Extensive experience creating interactive reports and dashboards in Sisense required
Experience creating interactive reports and dashboards in Power BI/Tableau preferred
Database design knowledge required
Expertise in writing complex SQL queries and optimizing data workflows
P&C Insurance experience required, specifically DXC Assure Claims experience preferred
SAP Business Objects reports consulting experience preferred
Consulting experience in Sisense/SAP Business Objects preferred
Three or more years of technical work experience in Sisense and/or other Data Analytics tools like Power BI/Tableau required
Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Personal computer and business solutions software skills
Organization and time management skills
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality regarding customer information
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Hybrid work environment
Must have a valid Indefinite USA Work Permit

Responsibilities

Design and implement complex data models utilizing Sisense and/or other data analytics tools like Power BI/Tableau
Consult with customers to produce the dashboards and reports they need
Design and develop Sisense dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights
Write and optimize advanced SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
Integrate data from diverse sources
Coordinate with the Assure Claims Base Development team on base Sisense elasticubes and customer requirements
Coordinate with Sisense vendor on defects and enhancements
Stay current on Sisense system, its functions, and how to work with Assure Claims
Evaluate existing SAP Business Objects reports for gap analysis and recreate those reports in Sisense
