Master’s degree or above in Automotive/Fluid Mechanics/Thermophysics related fields
Minimum 3 years’ experience in thermal & fluid simulations with Hydraulic/Pneumatic fluids, preferably in Drivetrain systems, Suspension or Chassis systems
Familiar with at least one simulation software tool: ANSYS Mechanical, Fluent, Amesim, MATLAB, and GT-SUITE etc
Knowledge of metals and non-metal materials, including Plastics and Rubber is preferred
Experience with analyses of solenoids or gear pumps would be a plus
Responsibilities
Perform simulations of Pneumatic and Hydraulic control products to evaluate design feasibility and support open issue solving
Be responsible to perform Heat Transfer, Thermal, and Fluids analyses of product assembly and key components as required from guidelines and customers
Build up Multiphysics modeling with temperature and flow fields, and further study coupling with magnetics and structural analyses together with the team
Follow standard simulation work process and dedicate to improving modelling methods to increase the accuracy of analyses and get more correlative with test measurements
Track up new simulation technologies and conduct simulation approaches study and relevant specifications for advanced products development
