Requirements

  • Proficient in high-speed signal testing standards (e.g., IEEE, OPEN Alliance, USB-IF) and SI/EMC testing workflows
  • Operate oscilloscopes (high-frequency, sampling), VNA (M9019A 18-slot PXIe Chassis with 24 ports), TDR, BERT etc
  • Perform investigation, data analysis and trouble-shooting using related test tools (e.g., LabVIEW, Python, MATLAB, Keysight ADS etc.)
  • Draft comprehensive reports, identify root causes of failures, and propose solutions (e.g., shielding optimization, cable routing adjustments)
  • Collaborate with product engineers and quality teams to resolve issues (e.g., design revisions, process improvements)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for on-site inspection/audit to ensure product conformity with the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS)
