Requirements

Minimal graduate of Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (Vocational High School) or equivalent
Able to use computer, including MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Passive English proficiency
Able to operate forklift and possess valid SIO (Forklift Operator License)
Commitment to workplace safety and ability to work in a team
Prior experience in logistics or warehousing
Leadership experience is a plus
Good communication skills
Able to read, write, and understand documents
Able to perform clerical tasks and basic mathematics
Willing to work rotating shifts
Physical requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation): frequent active movements throughout the factory, including climbing stairs and ladders, lifting equipment, pushing and pulling equipment; work in environments with changing temperatures; walking, squatting, bending, straightening stock on racks and floors for certain intervals

Responsibilities

Handle finished products from receipt from production, packaging process, storage, and preparation for shipment to customers safely, on time, and accurately
Handle materials in receiving processes, including storage, movement, packing, and shipping of parts, materials, equipment, and supplies
Verify quantities, count parts, and fulfill orders based on various source documents
Use machines for weighing, strapping, wrapping, packing, scanning, and stenciling
Perform related clerical tasks and resolve discrepancies as needed
Maintain and provide input on related clerical records and operate computer terminals to access and update information for receiving and processing orders
Use material handling equipment such as forklifts, dock stockers, reach trucks, order pickers, tuggers, or stock chasers to facilitate job functions
Work in office and production environments
