Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional degree
Proven experience supervising shipping warehouse operations
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and implement process improvements
Proficient with shipping warehouse management software and databases
Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP, SUMPRODUCT, SUMIF, pivot tables, and charts
Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of Lean and Visual Management principles
Availability to work flexible schedules as needed

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate shipping operations across shifts, ensuring fluid workflow and adherence to company policies
Develop and implement performance metrics to monitor and improve shipping processes and warehouse space utilization
Collaborate with Traffic and Customs teams to ensure on-time delivery to customers
Oversee finished goods receiving, put-away, inventory accuracy, and shipment processes
Proactively communicate and resolve any disruptions affecting shipment plans
Maintain reliable inventory records through effective system transactions and cycle counts
Recruit, train, and motivate shipping warehouse staff, fostering teamwork and professional growth
Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, docks, and scanning devices
Uphold compliance with safety, preventive maintenance, and security protocols
Follow up on audit findings and ensure corrective actions are implemented
Manage documentation processes to support accurate shipments
