Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Forklift power lifting equipment experience
  • All-around good person and fun to work with
  • Previous work in a manufacturing environment with experience in aerospace, automotive, or a startup preferred

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the production team in multiple areas to provide materials
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound material movements from warehouse and production environments
  • Perform day-to-day operations which include the use of powerlifting equipment
  • Receiving inbound parts/supplies and recording quantities of materials to the ERP system
  • Validating inbound quality documents against check sheets
  • Maintain shipping documentation per BETA’s document retention program
  • Assist in counting physical inventory
  • Picking, packing, and scheduling shipments
  • Decanting parts and assemblies for production
  • Inbound inspection of parts, materials, and equipment
  • Inventory management activities, including cycle counting
  • Creation of process standard work documentation and training team members on their contents
  • Use of structured problem solving to identify the root cause of operational issues in order to develop corrective actions
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat, sweeping, dusting, and mopping
