Requirements

Willingness to work in a cold and wet environment
Willingness to lift as needed up to 40 pounds
Must be able to train for and pass forklift license training
Must have good hand and eye coordination
Willingness to stand throughout 8–10-hour shifts
Must be able to work overtime and weekends (facility may run up to 6 days a week, Monday-Saturday)
Must be willing to accept and carry through on requests and directions given
Must be able to pass an MVR (Motor vehicle report)
Willingness to walk/stand for the duration of the shift
Willing to read bills of lading, write and communicate with supervisor via e-mail
Willingness to perform basic math to assure proper cases per load are being shipped and make work-related computations pertaining to shipping orders
Bending, twisting, turning, and good hand/eye coordination required
Willingness to read, follow and understand loading procedures
Use of EIM (Enterprise Inventory Management) device to scan all packaging and ingredients that leave the warehouse or are removed from trailers
6 months forklift experience listed on the application (can be combination of employers)
Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
