Requirements

  • Willingness to work in a cold and wet environment
  • Willingness to lift as needed up to 40 pounds
  • Must be able to train for and pass forklift license training
  • Must have good hand and eye coordination
  • Willingness to stand throughout 8–10-hour shifts
  • Must be able to work overtime and weekends (facility may run up to 6 days a week, Monday-Saturday)
  • Must be willing to accept and carry through on requests and directions given
  • Must be able to pass an MVR (Motor vehicle report)
  • Willingness to walk/stand for the duration of the shift
  • Willing to read bills of lading, write and communicate with supervisor via e-mail
  • Willingness to perform basic math to assure proper cases per load are being shipped and make work-related computations pertaining to shipping orders
  • Bending, twisting, turning, and good hand/eye coordination required
  • Willingness to read, follow and understand loading procedures
  • Use of EIM (Enterprise Inventory Management) device to scan all packaging and ingredients that leave the warehouse or are removed from trailers
  • 6 months forklift experience listed on the application (can be combination of employers)
  • Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
