Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Respect for Health & Safety procedures and protocols, and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment for colleagues

Responsibilities

Support the Pharmacy team with packaging and labelling of prescriptions in preparation for daily pickup by courier at the scheduled time
Keep record of all shipping supplies and promotional materials, and re-order supplies as needed
Provide tracking updates to users and act as a point of contact for managing returned packages and resolving transit delays
Maintain a communication bridge with the customer service team and escalate issues when necessary
Other administrative and clerical work and ad-hoc tasks as required
