Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of experience using systems and software like FedEx, UPS, and DHL
  • Experience in shipping, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience shipping commercial goods to international destinations
  • Highly proficient in Google Suite and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced office environment, meeting multiple deadlines
  • Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to clients under U.S. federal contracts
  • Successful clearance of a background check
  • Ability to perform bending and reaching movements to place items on lower and higher shelves
  • Ability to kneel or squat to access lower shelves
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when receiving incoming part shipments

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all aspects of outbound shipments, including inspection, packing, and accurate preparation of shipping documentation for both domestic and international orders
  • Manage packaging material inventories, ensuring adequate supply for shipping needs
  • Manage the packaging and shipping process of customer orders, as well as the handling of logistics for trade shows
  • Coordinate transportation and carrier services to ensure timely delivery schedules
  • Perform other related duties as necessary
