Perform repetitive squatting, bending, lifting, reaching, pushing, and pulling
Work in wet, hot, and humid conditions for 8–10 hours per shift
Wear required PPE: slip-resistant shoes/boots, hearing protection, eye protection, gloves when handling chemicals or as designated

Responsibilities

Move eggs from egg storage room to setters in accordance with the daily set sheet
Weigh sample eggs from designated flocks and record data accurately
Correctly load eggs into prescribed setters and locations
Place and store empty farm racks in designated areas
Perform required temperature and condition inspections of setters, hatchers, and hallways
Accurately maintain and submit all associated paperwork
Report equipment issues, product concerns, power outages, or injuries to management immediately
Perform other related duties as assigned
Handle eggs carefully and accurately according to procedures
Maintain detailed and accurate records
Keep work areas clean, safe, and biosecure
Communicate equipment, product, or safety issues promptly to management
Support hatchery operations with flexibility, reliability, and attention to detail
