The role involves working in wet, hot, and humid conditions for 8–10 hours per shift on the 2nd shift, with physical demands including lifting 25 lbs overhead repetitively and up to 40 lbs occasionally, plus pushing/pulling heavy racks.
Slip-resistant shoes/boots, hearing protection, eye protection, and gloves when handling chemicals or as designated are required, along with any other PPE per hatchery policy.
Strong candidates demonstrate dependability, attention to detail, safety awareness, physical capability for repetitive lifting and working in challenging conditions, and effective communication for teamwork.
