Position Overview

Our services span annotation & labelling, enhancing Large Language Models (LLMs), data collection & generation, and relevance & intent evaluation. Who We're Looking For:

• Native or near-native fluency in Icelandic.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Comfortable using digital tools and working remotely.
• Naturally detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn.
• Open to working on a wide variety of language-focused tasks.

Responsibilities:

As a member of the Welo Data Talent Community, you will have the opportunity to work on various task-based projects, which may include:

• Annotation and Labelling (e.g., transcription, summarization, image and video classification and labeling).
• Enhancing LLMs (e.g., prompt engineering, SFT, RLHF, red teaming, model output ranking).
• Data Collection & Generation.
• Relevance & Intent tasks (e.g., culturally nuanced evaluations).
