Requirements

Active Secret Clearance is required. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience is necessary, along with previous experience in a DOD environment and a strong understanding of security protocols and regulatory compliance. Expertise in ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, and administration is required, as well as strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), UI policies, business rules, and workflows. Experience with ServiceNow modules like ITSM, HR Service Delivery, or CSM is a plus.

Responsibilities

The ServiceNow Developer will design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow solutions, including workflows, integrations, and data management tools. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring solutions align with DOD operational needs. The role involves customizing ServiceNow modules to optimize processes and improve efficiency, implementing security and data access controls in compliance with DOD policies, and developing and maintaining ServiceNow APIs and integrations with third-party tools. Additionally, the developer will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow configurations and workflows, provide training and documentation to end-users and other technical teams, and stay current on the latest ServiceNow platform updates and industry best practices.
