Mandatory skills include Minimum Certified ServiceNow Administrator and/or CIS-ITSM, basic object-oriented programming principles, experience writing scripts, and at least one certification in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), or Discovery/ITOM.
