Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow services and ensure SLAs, OLAs, KPIs are met or exceeded
  • Oversee incident, problem, change, and request management processes for quality and efficiency
  • Lead service review meetings, providing insights on performance, risks, and improvements
  • Coordinate with technical teams to resolve escalations promptly
  • Serve as primary escalation and communication point for clients and stakeholders
  • Build and maintain client relationships, translating requirements into actionable improvements
  • Align ServiceNow roadmap with organizational priorities through collaboration
  • Monitor platform health, performance, and compliance with governance standards
  • Manage ServiceNow updates, releases, and changes with platform owners
  • Drive automation and efficiency improvements via the ServiceNow platform
  • Develop and maintain operational documentation, playbooks, and procedures
  • Conduct service performance reviews and recommend improvements
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, process optimization, and service quality enhancement
  • Track operational risks and implement mitigation plans
  • Lead and mentor ServiceNow administrators, developers, and support staff
  • Ensure effective workload distribution, task prioritization, and SLA adherence
