Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead the introduction and end-to-end product lifecycle of new Managed Services (MS) offers and capabilities
  • Manage complex MS introductions following and contributing to the further development of defined processes, governance, and best practices
  • Lead MS activities supporting new HPE GreenLake 'as-a-service' service introduction projects
  • Represent MS within strategic HPE GreenLake service introductions
  • Work with broader core team to ensure MS component of service is properly defined, incorporated into service and associated business processes
  • Ensure delivery organization is ready to deliver MS services
  • Manage cross-functional teams and internal partners
  • Develop and enable MS services
  • Ensure service definition is properly scoped and defined to deliver required customer outcome
  • Ensure delivery readiness is working with delivery readiness leads to ensure right people, processes, and tools are in place and prepared to deliver against service definition
