Responsibilities

Ensure serviceability of design for their assigned program(s), developing, validating and implementing common serviceability specifications
Participating in local and global technical reviews and program meetings to support serviceability requirements
Participating and best practice guidelines, beginning in early development, throughout program launch and ultimately through the end of the product’s life
Exercises decision-making skills sufficient to propose solutions to leadership and a plan for utilizing established procedures to create new solutions
Develops stable working relationships internally exchanging standard/basic information with colleagues and immediate supervisor, project leaders and other professionals in the team. Contributes to discussions relevant to the direction and priorities of own area
Support the execution of After-Sales Engineering work
