Responsibilities

  • Ensure serviceability of design for their assigned program(s), developing, validating and implementing common serviceability specifications
  • Participating in local and global technical reviews and program meetings to support serviceability requirements
  • Participating and best practice guidelines, beginning in early development, throughout program launch and ultimately through the end of the product’s life
  • Exercises decision-making skills sufficient to propose solutions to leadership and a plan for utilizing established procedures to create new solutions
  • Develops stable working relationships internally exchanging standard/basic information with colleagues and immediate supervisor, project leaders and other professionals in the team. Contributes to discussions relevant to the direction and priorities of own area
  • Support the execution of After-Sales Engineering work
