  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Electrical Foreman in commercial projects
  • At least 4 years of commercial experience in the Electrical field
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Clean driving record
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Own tools
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Repair, Service, and/or installation of electrical systems
  • Troubleshoot all problems effectively while performing quality repairs
  • Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Respond quickly to all service requests and efficiently repair electrical systems
  • Maintain company quality standards
  • Communicate estimated timelines and/or changes to work orders to the service team
  • Install new equipment and wiring to expand infrastructure as needed
  • Record all service work orders and report progress to service management
  • Always seek the solution that is most cost-effective without compromising quality
  • Assess systems/equipment for any damage, malfunctions or safety hazards to prevent future issues
  • Maintain all equipment in great condition
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Be available for after-hours and weekend emergency calls 1 week out of the month
