- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Electrical Foreman in commercial projects
- At least 4 years of commercial experience in the Electrical field
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Own tools
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Repair, Service, and/or installation of electrical systems
- Troubleshoot all problems effectively while performing quality repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Respond quickly to all service requests and efficiently repair electrical systems
- Maintain company quality standards
- Communicate estimated timelines and/or changes to work orders to the service team
- Install new equipment and wiring to expand infrastructure as needed
- Record all service work orders and report progress to service management
- Always seek the solution that is most cost-effective without compromising quality
- Assess systems/equipment for any damage, malfunctions or safety hazards to prevent future issues
- Maintain all equipment in great condition
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Be available for after-hours and weekend emergency calls 1 week out of the month
